Description surroundings:
One of the smallest wine estates near Stellenbosch, situated in the picturesque Boland, neighbouring the famous Neethlingshof Wine Estate and Overgaauw Wine Estate. 2.5 hectares of vineyards were planted on virgin land. Chickens, peacocks, spotted dikkops, guinea fowl and partridges roam freely in the vineyards and at night the chickens and peacocks roost in the tops of the trees. Lovane is a working farm and owned by the Gous family. Op zich een leuke en strategische ligging van de wijngaard en de kamers in stellenbosch.
Persoonlijk vonden wij de kamers te donker.

Heel tevreden van deze accommodatie, het perfecte plaatje.
De mensen waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers waren prima en alles wat er zijn moest was er. Jammer dat het buitenaf was gelegen en in de buurt van een township, er was weliswaar bewaking, maar we waren de enigste gasten. Ontbijt was prima (wijn ook). De wijnproeverijen zijn een aanrader.
